Becky Williams
Senior Default & Title Curative Analyst

Over 16 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, with 6 of those years concentrated on Default Administration. Becky is responsible for the administration of NAMG's default files. In that capacity, she communicates directly with investors, servicers, sub-servicers, and attorneys on a daily basis. Nationwide problem file resolution also falls within Becky's area of responsibility. As such, Becky audits and remedies problems such as: locating unrecorded mortgages, assignments, title policies, unreleased satisfied mortgages, legal description errors, locating missing manufactured homes, encroachment issues and title claims. Becky handles reformations of mortgages with the assistance of counsel. Becky reviews, summarizes, and refers litigation matters to counsel.

Loretta Echols
Assistant Operations Manager

Loretta has worked in loan servicing for over 30 years. She has worked with attorneys nationwide monitoring judicial foreclosures and acted as trustee for non-judicial foreclosures. She started with National Asset Management Group in 1997 in the Nationwide Foreclosure Department and then managed the Document Preparation Department in preparing nationwide assignments and releases on both residential and commercial loans. Prior to her return to NAMG she worked with trustees handling Homeowner Association collections and foreclosure.

Randy Fernando
AVP/Operations Manager

Randy has with Orange Coast Title Company (OCT) and its "Family of Companies" since August 1989. He started in the title industry as a searcher then moved on to the positions of Examiner, Junior Title Officer, and Title Officer. His experience in these areas has contributed to his expertise in writing Trustee Sale Guarantees, Litigation Guarantees and overseeing the default services division. Randy's main responsibility is managing a staff spanning three departments. His other duties include coordination of all automation, title, and trustee services, which include training and resolution of trustee, title, and legal issues both with in-house and underwriting counsels. Randy has been an active member and speaker at the California Trustee Association (CTA) now United Trustee Association (UTA) since 1992 and is a UTA Certified Trustee. In keeping with his commitment of continued education, Randy reviews all changes to state and federal codes, as well as legal decisions and industry standards.

His career path has been clear and focused to build up Orange Coast Title's Default Services.

Barbara L. Koorey
General Manager and General Operations Counsel

Over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, including real property sales, loan origination, mortgage brokerage, default and asset management, REO valuation and disposition, and all aspects of the management of default-related processes. Other experience includes the oversight of various real estate transactional matters including wrongful foreclosure, eviction, and adverse possession actions, and the preparation of nationwide loss mitigation documents. Ten years experience as Corporate Operations Counsel responsible for the oversight of nationwide default services providers. Member of the California State Bar Association and licensed California Real Estate Broker.
